Agia Efimia is a natural port in north eastern Kefalonia. The beauty of the area is unique, as it keeps the traditional Kefalonian architecture and style through time.
The protected harbour is the shelter of many sailing boats and yachts every summer, while its coast is full of cozy taverns and cafes, attracting locals and visitors throughout the year.
Agia Efimia is next to Karavomylos and Sami one of the main ports of the island and the home of the well known Antisamos beach. The location is also a breath from Myrtos Beach, and approximately 15km from Fiscardo.
This large plot of land is located on the hill of Agia Efimia, just above the town. The whole land measures 24.486m2 of which 1754.43m2 are in the limits of the village.
Note that there is a study ready for the expansion of the town of Agia Efimia which includes this plot, however not applied yet as a law. The plot offers magical panoramic views to the town, the bay and the Ionian Sea and it is ideal for any future development and investment.
